Ephesians 2:10
“For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them“.
This scripture is so rich in helping guide us into understanding God, the trinity and our purposes here on earth. Firstly, we have all (1) been created by God the Father (2), He is our (3) originating source, for even Jesus (4) and Holy (5) Spirit (6) come from the Father (7). God is three parts of a whole, Father (8), Son and Spirit. The Father, through (9) the Son Jesus and Holy Spirit (10) created us, His workmanship (11). He specifically made us and what He makes is good (12) and has purpose (13). We (14) were all created (15) in Christ (16) Jesus (17) for the purpose (18) of good (19) works (20), to do many good (21) things (22) which God has, from before we arrived here on earth, ordained (23). That which is ordained by God is special, unique and has purpose.
We were made ready in advance, appointed, predestined, and ordained but to what, where, when, why and by whom?
The Whom is God. We are made in Him and by Him for Him. The When is Now. If you are reading this, you can be sure that your life is Now and the time is Now for you to walk in your heavenly calling. The What is for Good Works. You are here, Now, because to God, you are an important, integral part in His plan to accomplish a God sized work, that in the natural is completely impossible to accomplish outside of Jesus and Holy Spirit. The Where is wherever He leads. Your life’s purpose is not a singular event, but a lifetime of living out the purposes to accomplish all for His Glory. The Why is up to you. God does not make robots that are forced through commands to operate in a certain way, for even angels get to choose. Think about this, we get the opportunity to choose God, His ways and operate in His Kingdom, for our life or our own choice(s).
Knowing that we are God’s ordained creations with a purpose should lead us to wanting to know and walk in that very purpose to fulfill God’s plans on earth. He desired it, and put it in us and left the choice upto us as to whether it gets done or not. In heaven our purpose is already fulfilled. In heaven it was already declared by God, spoken over us and we accepted the commission before we arrived on earth to fulfill it. We have been given all the tools, talents, abilities, desires and necessities to accomplish except they are impossible to achieve without Jesus and Holy Spirit’s guidance and empowerment, the importance of your mission is sooo big that without God it would fail.
My desire and hope for you is that you accomplish all you have been sent here to accomplish in its fullness. As a member of the body of Christ, I can say, I need you, We need you.
The Vision for this work, called A Kingdom Vision is simple: To see those that are called by His name walk in their fullness.
The Mission of A Kingdom Vision is: Helping Believers understand His Kingdom for a Vision of their own lives with Christ to fulfill their purpose.
